Creative Workshop - Vintage Christmas

Just took my friend Karen to the airport this morning, even though we had a couple days after the workshop never seems to be enough. Wish we lived closer!
We just had a great weekend! The theme this year was Vintage Christmas and the ladies were given many options to choose from. What I love is that some choose to do their own thing completely, others combine design elements, and others do the patterns as is and change it up with wool, fibers and techniques. Needless to say, Karen's Santa  was a big hit.  Lots of talented ladies in this group! Great food from Marilyn, and an all round good time.  Enjoy the pics!

"Stores" ready to go.

Beginnings

One of my favorite parts, show and tell from the ladies.

The final day, some great work underway. Always love to see the differences with the same pattern.

Yes, we are planning to do our workshop again next year, in Oct. The final dates I hope to post before the end of this year. Details and reg. will not come until next spring. So stay tuned in, we would love to have you join us!
