Made it to Baton Rouge despite some crazy rain, we all got set up and had a marvelous first day. This is the Red Stick Rug Hooking retreat, held at the Nottoway Plantation which is absolutely magnificent. Hosted by the charming couple Gayle & Charles Soileau. Beautiful work being done, fantastic food, and lots of laughs. Put it on your bucket list!

Something new for me, loading in the snow at 20 degrees!😬 But the sun is shinning and I'm heading south. Maybe I'll see you in Baton Rouge!
