Feb.7 Third Annual Rug Retreat Weekend
It was a hooking bonanza in Ohio this weekend, with our friends hooking at Sauder Village and our group from the Miami Valley Rug Guild hooking together for 3 days. What fun we had! So many different types of rugs being worked on, a little knitting, and a new passion for many, punch needle. Love getting to know these ladies a little more each time we are together. Not only do we get to hook non stop, but we have some lovely ladies that cook and clean up for us all weekend, doesn't get any better!

Jan. 30 Needle Day
What a great day we had yesterday, lots of laughs, good food, and a fun day of stitching. We made a small thimble holder using tiny pentagons. A little tedious, but they are so cute! Susie pulled everything together, we just needed to bring our fabrics, so they were all nearly done when we broke up for the day.
