Rug Punch

Trish stopped by today for more yarn for some new projects and she brought the last piece she finished.  All of her rugs are punched with yarn, and I love the button detail on the long johns.  Great work!

    Very cute! I've often thought of buying an Oxford punch and trying yarn. I need to master wool strips before I start something new so my husband doesn't throw me out. :-)

    I have been teaching rug hooking for a few years. At the end of this month I will be teaching my first rug punch class. Making a larger candle mat. I am exploring this and think I like it!! :)

    This is a fun piece. I haven't hooked with yarn, but I have used yarn in a punched rug.
